With over 20 years of kitchen experience, Daryl has knowledge of all areas of the field including restaurants, healthcare and prestigious resorts. His resume includes catering for large companies, managing numerous kitchens, cooking for celebrities as Executive Chef at a restaurant in Woodstock, NY and also Executive Chef at the upscale Geneva on the Lake. His extensive background has not only expanded his career, but his knowledge of quality food preparation.Daryl is continually serve safe certified and licensed to teach food safety on a federal level.
